1. What are the Deposit and withdrawal Fees for THB?
Free for deposit and THB 20 Baht for withdrawal less than THB 2,000,000 per transaction. Please see [Binance TH Fee] for more information.
2. How long does it take for the deposit to arrive in my account?
THB Deposit Processing Time
For deposits less than or equal to 2,000,000 Baht per transaction/1, /2, /3, /4
Deposit via QR payment method. The deposited amounts will appear in your Binance TH account within 1 minute to 24 hours after the deposit transaction at the origination bank is successful.
Remarks:
/1 The THB deposit system undergoes routine maintenance from 11.30PM to 00.10AM

/3 Each QR code is for one-time use only to prevent errors.
/4 Deposit information, including bank name, bank account number, and bank address name, must match the selected bank account and your deposit request in your Binance TH account. Deposits with mismatched information are rejected.

Submit your request before 10:00 AM (GMT+7) for same-day transfer. If the request is made after 10:00 AM (GMT+7), funds will be transferred the following business day

3. What should I pay attention to before making the transfer?
Upon scanning the QR code in your bank application, the transaction will fail instantly if the following criteria are not met:
The full name on the bank account does not match your KYC-full name on Binance TH,
The bank name and bank account number do not match the bank information provided when submitting the deposit / withdrawal request.
The deposit is made using an expired QR code (aged over an hour) or a used QR code.
Please refrain from altering the deposit amount after scanning the QR code. Any changes may result in a mismatch, causing the transaction to be unsuccessful.
4. How can I cancel a deposit / withdrawal transaction?
Deposit
If you have not successfully processed the QR payment in a bank application, you can cancel the deposit request at any time by;
1) If you’re still on QR generation page on Binance TH (Step 5th in [How to deposit THB by QR Code on Binance TH Website and App]), click [Cancel] to cancel your deposit request, or;
2) If you’ve already left the QR generation page, navigate to the deposit page again and enter your new deposit request. After clicking [Confirm], the system will direct you to the outstanding deposit request page, where you can click [Cancel].
However, once the QR payment has been successfully processed in a bank application, cancellation is not possible.
Withdrawal
Once you have confirmed and submitted the withdrawal request (or confirmed 2FA for users with 2FA enabled), there is no option for cancellation.
5. What are the deposit / withdrawal limits?
THB 100 is the minimum deposit / withdrawal per transaction. Maximum THB 2,000,000 per transaction.
The 24-hour deposit / withdrawal limit is set at 2,000,000 THB for your account. You may submit your request to increase the limit by contacting our customer service team through the live chat platform at https://www.binance.th/en to upgrade your KYC verification level.
6. When I placed a deposit / withdrawal request, I was told that I exceeded my daily limit. How can I increase the limit?
Fiat deposit / withdrawal limits will also be applied based on your account’s KYC authentication level. Please refer to the table below for more information.

7. Where can I check the deposit / withdrawal history?
For Web: Go to [Wallet] button on the top right corner - then select [Transaction History]
For App: Go to [Wallet] button on the bottom right corner - then select [Spot] - [Transaction History] icon on the top left
8. I have made the transfer, but why haven't I received it yet?
The ITMX, which is a central gateway for QR payments, may be congested during the beginning and middle of the month due to high transactions. The SLA for ITMX downtime is 3 business days.
